Semi-Private workouts include the teamwork and camaraderie of group fitness classes, but also the intimacy and attention to detail of 1 on 1 Personal Training. It's the perfect combination! Sessions are capped at only 4 individuals.
Sessions are designed to not only burn body fat & increase cardiovascular fitness, but also to build lean muscle tissue. This is how we deliver the amazing body "toning" that our clients come to us for. Sessions are effectively 45 minutes long.
In your first meeting we will go over your specific fitness goals and take a full body analysis to assess where you are today. We will then set you up with session times that work with your schedule, as well as pair you with individuals with similar fitness goals.
