Semi-Private Training

Semi-Private workouts include the teamwork and camaraderie of group fitness classes, but also the intimacy and attention to detail of 1 on 1 Personal Training. It's the perfect combination! Sessions are capped off at 4 individuals, and led by our staff of experienced Certified Personal Trainers. This means your goals are adhered to and you have the support of your peers to push you!

Group Training/BOOTCAMP

Every Saturday we host BOOTCAMP classes. These classes are larger in size, change up every week, and include fun games, teamwork challenges, and more!


1 on 1 Private Training

You will be set up with one of our Certified Personal Trainers that will devise a plan for you to achieve your specific health & fitness goals. We will accomodate session times to meet your schedule. With this premium service- you will have exclusive 1 on 1 attention.
